Top Offer – the ‘GYM SET’ featuring 16 pieces of training equipment from the Hoist Fitness ROC-IT range for a complete strength training programme – The innovative biomechanical design of the ROC-IT range enables natural and functional movement, with the entire seat structure moving in unison. This results in a healthy, efficient workout with minimal strain on the joints and maximum enjoyment. ROX (Ride-Oriented-Xercise) technology engages the whole body in movement and takes the strain off the joints, particularly the knees and back. This dynamic, biomechanically correct movement ensures optimal muscle activation and also strengthens the core muscles. ROX technology views the human body as a complete system rather than as isolated muscle groups. The movement developed in every ROC-IT product more closely resembles how the body functions in everyday life, improving results and reducing the risk of joint pain. ROC-IT products solve the problems associated with conventional static machines by continuously adjusting the user’s position and maintaining optimal positioning throughout the entire range of motion. Essentially, the machine adapts to accommodate the movement of the human body. The complete “GYM SET” from the ROC-IT range by HOIST Fitness is the ideal alternative or addition for small to large gyms, clubs, hotels, workplace fitness programmes and other institutional settings.
