JUMP: The Jump section of the workout simulates the feeling of riding uphill and downhill like mountain biking. The console's light system shows the appropriate handlebar position of the hands on the upper, rounded part of the handlebar.
RUN: the Run section is designed to simulate a standing riding position as in a climb. In this case, the light system of the console directs the hands to the lower grips of the multi-position handlebar.
SIT: the most commonly used position, the fully seated position, is ideal for warm-up, cool-down or recovery between sprint intervals. In this position, the console's light system guides the hands to the handlebar's outer grips.
Console features: 5 LCD display windows showing time, distance, calories, heart rate (wireless heart rate receiver compatible with optional POLAR chest strap), RPM, speed, battery life. Programs: Manual, HIIT, speed intervals, heart rate intervals.
