The displays for your calorie consumption per hour, your total training time, the time you need to cover an average of 500 metres, your heart rate (via chest strap measurement) and the distance you have covered guarantee you a complete overview of your rowing training. High quality in all areas! Waterflow is already equipped with a heart rate receiver that allows you to train in a health-orientated way with a chest strap (chest strap optional). Heart rate monitoring is essential, especially for aerobic cardio training for weight reduction.
