Every SlimBeam from NOHrD is equipped with a 3:1 transmission ratio as standard. This means that if the maximum weight of 75kg is set, a total of 25kg is moved with both ropes - i.e. a third of the total weight of 75kg. If the gear ratio (possible: 2:1 and 1:1) is to be changed, a different hauling rope is required - this is how the SlimBeam can be converted. |

The DesignThe
SlimBeam is visually striking thanks to its sleek shape and the range of finishes available in high-quality woods such as ash, oak, cherry or walnut. The SlimBeam from NOHrD features a design which, much like an exquisite piece of furniture, blends seamlessly into any living space and enhances it.
DimensionsThe SlimBeam takes up a minimum of space. With a height of 215 cm and a width of 40 cm, it blends aesthetically into any living space. It is securely mounted 10 cm from the wall and protrudes into the room by a mere 20 cm. Its footprint measures less than half a square metre. Maximum training with minimum space requirements.
The
workoutMultifunctional and versatile – the cable pulley system makes strength training extremely effective. Training on the SlimBeam cable pulley engages the abdominal and back muscles to ensure the body’s stability. By adjusting the cable pulley position, specific muscles can also be targeted – from the chest and back to the shoulders, arms and legs – anything is possible.
The range of motion of the cables is impressive. Pulling distances of 4 metres (for double pull) or 8 metres (for single pull) allow for maximum functional development during training. The effective maximum weight applied to the body of 12.5 kg (single pull) or 25.0 kg (double pull), distributed across 15 weight plates, results in a very fine and harmonious weight progression. Furthermore, the gear ratio on the SlimBeam can be adjusted to increase the effective maximum weight.
Butterfly (
single-sided and double-sided) – the biggest advantage of the SlimBeam is the Butterfly. It enables both double-sided and single-sided training; it is height-adjustable and swivels. The plastic-coated pull cables run smoothly over the ball-bearing rollers for an optimal training effect.
Weights
: As standard, the SlimBeam is fitted with 14 weights of 5kg each, plus the 5kg drive weight. Each weight is individually rubber-coated for noise reduction. Thanks to the matt black coating and the oval shape, the weights blend perfectly with the wooden body.
The pull cablesFrom
3:1 to 1:1 – the gear ratio can be changed by swapping the pull cable. This allows for gear ratios of 3:1, 2:1 and 1:1. The maximum weight effectively applied to the body of 12.5 kg (single pull) or 25.0 kg (double pull), distributed across 15 weight plates, results in a very fine and harmonious weight progression. The standard ratio is 3:1. It can be optionally converted to ratios of 2:1 and 1:1.

added later. The SlimBeam is pre-assembled so that it can be upgraded with the SlimBeam Monitor at any time. The built-in electronics ensure that during training, the set weight, total weight and number of repetitions are automatically detected and clearly displayed. Each exercise is shown in detail with a video, and with the Workout of the Day you receive new full-body workouts every day. A power connection is required.

80 exercises in the training manual – the SlimBeam is the all-round piece of equipment for training at home, and to ensure you always find the right training intensity, the accompanying training manual features exercises ranging from easy to difficult, covering everything you need.
