The Body Solid multi-gym for leg extensions in a seated position and leg curls in a lying position. Leg extensions and leg curls are among the most important exercises for trainers, bodybuilders and coaches. They help to define the front and back of the legs. These exercises strengthen the knees, hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes. They also help to protect the knee joint and other joints from strain and injury. Body-Solid’s leg extension and curl machines are designed with the user in mind. They can be individually adjusted to ensure optimal training comfort and correct exercise form.

The DuraFirm™ back pad with handholds can be adjusted to 3 upright positions and 2 supine positions for traditional leg curl exercises. Handholds on the back and thigh pads provide additional stability and support. DuraFirm pads are extra-thick and double-stitched for high comfort and lasting support. Large foam rollers (20 cm) can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally via a pop-pin mechanism – for a perfect fit. The wide base prevents wobbling and ensures stable leg training. The leg extension function can be adjusted to suit different user heights – 33–43 cm from the seat pad to the bottom edge of the roller. Suitable for standard and Olympic weight plates (1 adapter required for Olympic weight plates, not included).
