Adjustment for the pec fly exercise (chest exercise)
To perform the pec fly exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the safety pin (pull pin). The seat should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor when you sit down.
The ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment is located directly above the seat, between the two swivel arms. Pull the adjustment pin and position the exercise arms in one of the pec-fly positions. The settings are numbered from 0 to 5, with 0 offering the greatest possible range of motion for this exercise.

Then select the desired training weight.
Sit with your back upright against the backrest and face away from the machine (i.e. face forwards, back to the weight side). Grip one handle with each hand.
Perform the movement in an even, controlled manner: With your arms extended - but without hyperextending your elbows - bring your hands together in a semi-circular arc in front of your body until your hands are almost touching.
Hold the end position briefly and then slowly return to the starting position as you inhale to complete one repetition.
Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Setting for the rear delt exercise (rear shoulder)
To perform the rear delt exercise correctly, first adjust the seat height by loosening the pull pin. The seat should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor when seated.

The ROM (Range of Motion) adjustment is located directly above the seat, between the two swivel arms. Pull the adjustment pin and move the arms to one of the rear-delt positions. The settings are numbered from 0 to 5, with 5 offering the greatest possible range of motion for this exercise.
Then select the desired training weight.
Sit facing the machine and bring your upper body into an upright position with your chest against the pad. Grip one of the handles with each hand.
Perform the movement evenly and in a controlled manner: With your arms outstretched - without hyperextending your elbows - bring your arms apart in a wide arc towards the back as you exhale. As soon as your arms are stretched out to the side, consciously pull your shoulder blades together.
Hold this position briefly and then slowly return to the starting position as you inhale to complete one repetition.
Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
