The HAMMER Autark 2600 multi-gym is a high-quality, premium multi-gym training station designed for demanding strength training at home. As an addition to the Autark series, it offers a particularly wide variety of exercises and combines traditional machine training with functional cable exercises. This allows you to train all major muscle groups – from the chest, back and shoulders, through the arms and abs, right down to the legs – effectively and in a way that is gentle on the joints. The Autark 2600 combines a sturdy steel frame construction with a precise weight block system and well-designed training modules. The integrated Ab & Back Trainer complements the machine with targeted core training, whilst the versatile cable pull station, with its large range of motion, enables numerous functional exercises. Ergonomically adjustable components ensure correct training posture and a high level of safety during every exercise.

Over 40 different exercises can be performed on the Autark 2600. These include bench presses, butterfly and cable exercises for the chest, lat pulldowns and rowing movements for the back, targeted arm training for biceps and triceps, and core exercises for the midsection. The integrated leg module also enables effective training of the thighs and glutes.

HOW DOES THE AUTARK 2600 MULTI-GYM WORK?
The multi-gym operates using a guided weight block system, in which the desired resistance is adjusted via a plug-in mechanism. The force is transmitted evenly to the respective exercise via ball-bearing cable pulleys and guide pulleys. Depending on the station, you can perform pushing, pulling or leg movements. The seat, backrest and training modules are multi-adjustable to ensure an ergonomically correct position. The side cable pull is height-adjustable and allows for a wide range of motion for functional training at various angles.

VERSATILE FULL-BODY TRAINING
The Autark 2600 enables comprehensive strength training for all muscle groups. The chest and shoulders are trained using press and butterfly movements, the back via lat pulldowns and rowing, whilst the arms and core are effectively engaged through a variety of cable pull exercises.
