• The V4 is the ultimate press arm of the Elite Station, combining the range-of-motion adjustment of the V1 (classic band pulley arm with adjustable angle for push and pull exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press or rowing) with the customisable exercise movement of the V3 press arm – the arm bars allow free movement in any direction for converging movements as well as movements with the arm extended from the same seated position (3-dimensional movement). With ergonomically positioned handles for correct wrist positioning during lifting and pressing exercises. Swivel arms are strategically positioned to ensure a natural feel throughout the entire movement
