The Torus series has been designed to offer outstanding functionality and ergonomics, ease of use and high quality standards for home use. It utilises independent cable systems, which allow for a wide variety of exercises and freedom of movement. Unlike conventional multi-gyms, the exercises are not predetermined by the machine itself with corresponding restrictions. The Torus series allows for a range of natural movements for each exercise and trains strength, coordination and balance. The design ensures that the resistance is directed towards the muscles being strengthened and toned. During upper-body training, unlike with multi-gyms featuring guided exercises, the stronger arm does not compensate for the weaker one; instead, the independent radial arm exercises allow both arms to be strengthened and toned simultaneously, delivering excellent training results.
