HOW DOES THE FULL POWER RACK WORK?
The barbell is placed on the height-adjustable J-hooks and can be individually adjusted to suit the exercise in question. The solid safety supports inside the rack act as a safety mechanism and reliably catch the barbell in an emergency. This means that even heavy weights can be lifted with maximum safety. The enclosed rack design offers additional protection and increases the level of safety compared to open rack systems.
