The SL7020 has been designed specifically to effectively train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. The 45° range of motion allows for high training weights whilst ensuring a controlled and joint-friendly load. This makes the leg press suitable for both muscle building and strength and athletic training.

HOW DOES THE 45° LEG PRESS WORK?
The user sits on the ergonomic backrest and positions their feet on the large footplate. After loading the weight bars with Olympic weight plates, the platform is pushed upwards in a controlled manner until the legs are almost fully extended. The user then slowly returns to the starting position. The guided 45° movement allows for high training loads whilst maintaining a stable body position and reduces the coordination demands compared to free-form squats. 

MAXIMUM MUSCLE ACTIVATION OF THE LEGS
The biomechanically optimised range of motion is based on the natural force curve of the leg muscles. This ensures that the muscles are effectively engaged throughout the entire movement, allowing the target muscles to contract optimally. The large footplate allows for different foot positions to target specific muscle groups.

ADJUSTABLE BACKREST
The backrest can be individually adjusted to suit different body heights and training preferences. This promotes an ergonomic sitting position and significantly enhances training comfort when using heavy weights. 

INTEGRATED WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE
Fourintegrated weight plate holders ensure a tidy and efficient organisation of the training area. The required weight plates remain within easy reach at all times, enabling quick weight changes during training.

The frame is constructed from heavy-duty steel tubing with wall thicknesses of up to 3 mm.
