HOW DOES THE AB CRUNCH MACHINE WORK?
The user sits in the ergonomically padded starting position and grips the designated handholds. The crunch movement is then performed by controlled contraction of the upper body towards the pelvis. The movement is controlled entirely by the abdominal muscles, whilst the arms are used solely for stabilisation. The guided movement sequence ensures constant muscle tension throughout the entire repetition.
