The SL7023 has been designed to specifically isolate and effectively train the biceps brachii. At the same time, the brachialis and the forearm muscles are engaged. The special Scott curl position prevents evasive movements and ensures constant muscle tension throughout the entire range of motion. This makes the machine ideal for building arm strength, muscle mass and definition.

HOW DOES THE BICEPS CURL MACHINE WORK?
The user sits on the seat and rests their upper arms on the ergonomically shaped armrest. After loading the weight bars with weight plates, the handles are pulled upwards in a controlled manner. This is followed by a slow and controlled return to the starting position. The fixed arm position prevents momentum and ensures that the load is specifically transferred to the biceps muscles.

ISOLATED BICEPS TRAINING
The stable Scott curl position largely excludes the shoulder and back muscles from the movement. This allows for maximum concentration on the target muscles and ensures particularly effective activation of the biceps throughout the entire range of motion.

INDEPENDENT LEVER ARMS
The isolateral design allows for independent training of both arms. This helps to balance out any differences in strength between the left and right sides of the body. At the same time, it improves neuromuscular control and promotes the balanced development of the arm muscles.

ERGONOMIC PADDING
The generously sized arm pads provide optimum support throughout the entire exercise. The high-density padding ensures a high level of comfort even when using heavy weights and supports a stable training position.
