The Impulse SL7002 has been specifically developed to effectively train the latissimus dorsi (broad back muscle), the biceps and the upper back muscles. The converging, independently guided arm movement enables a natural pulling action and ensures an even load on both sides of the body. This helps to correct muscular imbalances and significantly improves the quality of the workout.

HOW DOES THE LAT PULLDOWN PRESS WORK?
The user sits on the height-adjustable seat and secures themselves firmly to the machine. After loading the weight bars with 50 mm weight plates, the movement is performed in a controlled manner by pulling the handles downwards towards the chest. The movement simulates classic pull-up and lat pulldown movements, but with guided stability and optimal power transfer. Thanks to the independent lever arms, each side of the body can work separately, which improves coordination and specifically activates the back muscles.

ERGONOMIC BACK TRAINING The ergonomically shaped handles and adjustable seat ensure an optimal training position for users of different heights. The movement is designed to mimic the body’s natural pull angle, thereby enabling particularly effective muscle contraction in the latissimus dorsi. At the same time, it relieves pressure on the shoulder joints and supports a clean execution of the movement.

INDEPENDENT ARM MOVEMENT
The unilateral design allows for training on one or both sides. This helps to correct muscular imbalances and improve core stability. This form of training is particularly effective for athletes and serious strength trainers.
