The Impulse Fitness SL7004 Low Row is a professional plate-loaded rowing machine designed for intensive back training in gyms, personal training studios and commercial strength training facilities. The Impulse SL7004 has been developed to effectively train the latissimus dorsi, the rhomboids, the mid-back and the biceps. The converging, independently guided arm movement enables a natural rowing motion and ensures an even load on both sides of the body. This helps to correct muscular imbalances and significantly improves the quality of the workout.

HOW DOES THE LOW ROW WORK?
The user sits on the ergonomically adjustable seat and positions their feet securely on the footplate provided. After loading the 50 mm weight plates, the rowing movement is performed in a controlled manner by pulling the handles from an extended arm position towards the torso. The movement simulates classic rowing with optimally guided power transfer and high stability. Thanks to the independent lever arms, each side of the body can work separately, which improves coordination and specifically activates the back muscles.

ERGONOMIC BACK TRAINING The ergonomic handles and adjustable seat ensure an optimal training position for users of different heights. The movement path is designed to mimic the body’s natural rowing angle, thereby enabling particularly effective activation of the entire back. At the same time, it relieves pressure on the shoulder joints and supports a clean execution of the movement.

INDEPENDENT ARM MOVEMENT
The unilateral design allows for training on one or both sides. This reduces muscular imbalances and further challenges core stability, as the body must actively counteract rotational forces.

The robust steel frame construction with a durable powder coating has been developed for professional, continuous use. High-quality bearings and low-wear components ensure a long service life, even with intensive use in busy gyms.
