HOW DOES THE TRICEPS DIP MACHINE WORK?
The user positions themselves on the seat or standing platform and grips the ergonomically shaped dip handles. After loading the weight bars with Olympic weight plates, the movement is performed in a controlled manner downwards or downwards and forwards, and then powerfully returned to the starting position. The guided movement reduces the demands on coordination and enables safe, targeted stimulation of the triceps throughout the full range of motion.

MAXIMUM TRICEPS ACTIVATION
The biomechanically optimised movement path ensures an intense workout for the triceps brachii. Thanks to the stable guidance, tension remains consistently high, creating an effective training stimulus. At the same time, strength development throughout the upper arm is improved.
