The Impulse Fitness Squat Machine from the SL series is a professional plate-loaded strength training station designed for intensive leg training in gyms, sports centres, personal training studios or home gyms. It has been specially designed to enable a safe and guided squat movement, whilst optimally distributing the load across the quadriceps, glutes and posterior muscle chains. Thanks to its sturdy steel frame construction, the machine is ideally suited for continuous commercial use with heavy training weights.

HOW DOES THE SQUAT MACHINE WORK?
The user positions themselves beneath the ergonomically padded shoulder supports and places their feet on the stable, non-slip platform. The movement is then performed by controlled bending of the knees downwards, similar to a classic squat. This is followed by a powerful push back to the starting position. The guided movement ensures maximum safety and reduces the risk of incorrect strain, particularly when using heavy weights.

MAXIMUM LEG MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT
The squat machine enables intensive activation of the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Thanks to the stable guidance of the movement, force can be optimally transferred to the target muscles, leading to effective training results.
