HOW DOES THE FID BENCH WORK?
FID stands for Flat, Incline and Decline and describes the three basic positions of the training bench. The backrest can be adjusted to six different positions, whilst the seat has three adjustment options. This allows the training position to be optimally adapted to the specific exercise and the user’s height. The combination of an adjustable backrest and seat ensures an ergonomic posture and maximum stability during every exercise. 

MAXIMUM TRAINING VERSATILITY
The SL7011 can be used to perform numerous exercises for the chest, shoulders, back, arms and core. The bench is ideal for dumbbell training, barbell training in a power rack or on multi-gyms, as well as for functional strength exercises. The various incline angles allow you to vary the training stimuli specifically and train different muscle groups more intensively.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN
The seat and backrest cushions are made from high-density foam and mould perfectly to the contours of the body. This ensures a comfortable and stable training experience, even when using heavy weights. The split adjustment mechanism allows for individual adaptation to different body heights and training requirements. 

PREMIUM COMMERCIAL QUALITY
The solid, powder-coated steel frame has been specially developed for professional, continuous use. The three-point-supported base with non-slip rubber feet ensures maximum stability and a secure footing, even under heavy loads.

EASY TRANSPORT
An integrated carrying handle and high-quality transport castors make it easy to move the training bench around the training area. The PU castors reduce noise and vibrations, making day-to-day handling easier.
