The Flat Bench is a central element of any strength training programme. It enables safe and controlled training of the chest, shoulder and arm muscles as well as the stabilising core muscles. The fixed, horizontal lying position ensures optimum power transmission, especially for classic bench presses with barbells or dumbbells.

HOW DOES THE FLAT BENCH WORK?
The user positions themselves flat on the bench, with their head, back and buttocks in a stable position. Depending on the exercise, barbells or dumbbells are used. During the bench press, the weight is pushed upwards from the chest in a controlled manner and then slowly lowered again. The stable bench position ensures safe execution and enables maximum strength development without unnecessary balancing movements.
