HOW DOES THE GLUTE HAM BENCH WORK?
The user positions their feet in the adjustable leg restraints and rests their thighs on the ergonomically shaped padding. The upper body is then lowered in a controlled manner and raised again using the strength of the hamstrings, glutes and back extensors. The movement works the entire posterior muscle chain whilst improving core stability. Depending on the training objective, glute-ham raises, back extensions, sit-ups or other functional exercises can be performed.

The Glute Ham Bench is one of the most effective pieces of equipment for developing the so-called posterior chain. It engages the glutes, hamstrings and back extensors simultaneously. These muscle groups play a crucial role in sprinting, jumping and lifting movements and contribute significantly to performance and injury prevention. 

CUSTOMISABLE
The adjustable leg restraints allow for optimal adaptation to different body heights between approx. 150 and 195 cm. This enables every user to find the ideal training position and perform the exercises with correct biomechanics.
