HOW DOES THE OLYMPIC INCLINE BENCH WORK?
The user sits on the ergonomically shaped incline bench and positions the Olympic barbell in the designated racks. The elevated back position creates an optimal training angle for the upper chest muscles. During the exercise, the barbell is lowered in a controlled manner and then pressed upwards with force. The integrated safety racks make it easy to set the barbell down safely between sets. The rear support platform allows a training partner or spotter to provide optimal support when using heavy weights.

TARGETED TRAINING OF THE UPPER CHEST MUSCLES
The special inclined position ensures particularly intense activation of the upper chest muscles. At the same time, the shoulders and triceps are effectively engaged in the movement. This makes the SL7029 ideal for targeted muscle building, increasing strength and improving upper-body stability.
