The NOHRD StepTower is the perfect all-rounder for your home or studio workout. As a step training step for dynamic fitness exercises, as a comfortable training bench or as stylish storage for dumbbells and resistance bands - this space-saving device combines elegant design with maximum functionality.

StepTower Training - Flexible workout in the smallest of spaces
The StepTower adapts to your pace and your needs: Bodyweight cardio, strength training or resistance exercises - everything is possible. Removable step panels, dumbbells, resistance bands and a skipping rope enable a holistic workout that can then be stored neatly and space-savingly in the StepTower.

Premium dumbbells
The set contains eight dumbbells with weights from 2.5 to 10 kg - perfect for targeted strength training. Precisely CNC-machined from nickel-plated steel and equipped with non-slip textured handles, they guarantee maximum control during every exercise. Elegant end discs made of solid wood round off the design and give the dumbbells the characteristic NOHRD aesthetic.

Training step & bench
The two removable side panels are made of veneered plywood with a solid wooden frame:

• One side serves as a stable training step for step exercises
• The other side is upholstered and thus becomes a comfortable training bench
• The hard-wearing artificial leather cover is easy to clean and durable - for comfortable training at the highest level.

Tubes - resistance bands for functional training
Four resistance bands in different strengths can be stored in the StepTower to save space. They are attached to the integrated eyelets on the base using carabiners and enable versatile, functional training. Two solid wood handles with ball bearings ensure safe and smooth movement.

All training equipment can be stored stylishly and neatly behind the removable side panels:
Dumbbells: eight dumbbells from 2.5 to 10 kg, precision CNC-milled from nickel-plated steel, with easy-grip handles and elegant solid wood end discs
Resistance bands: four bands with different tensile strengths, can be fixed to the lower eyelets
Accessories: two solid wood handles, skipping rope, yoga blocks, cork fascia roller, natural cork training mat (180×60×0.4cm)

Features:

• StepBox in Shadow (black) - beech wood is used for the Shadow look. Beech is a plain, light-coloured wood with a hard and dense surface that is ideal for staining due to its wood structure and surface texture. With the shadow look, the wood is stained black.
• The stain emphasises the surface of the wood without covering the grain.
