The cube-shaped abdominal trainer can be folded out quickly and easily to become a back trainer or, if you fold it out completely, a weight bench. The multifunctional training device offers the possibility of varied strength training for the torso and arm area. When folded up, the TriaTrainer takes up less than one square metre of space.
Abdominal trainer
Less than one square metre of space, padded lying surface and secure support - in the standard position, the TriaTrainer functions as a classic abdominal trainer.
Back trainer
The second position is suitable for targeted strengthening of the back muscles and for training the buttocks, while the adjustable footrest provides a secure hold for all exercises.
Weight bench
When fully unfolded, the TriaTrainer becomes a stylish weight bench. Ideally suited for classic bench presses and exercises with weights - the TriaTrainer can take a beating.

The robust workmanship and solid connecting pieces ensure safety in all positions during training. The TriaTrainer is designed for a maximum load capacity of up to 120kg.
Individually adjustable
