The padded, contoured arm rest supports the elbows, reduces strain and enables precise movement execution - for maximum muscle contraction and optimal biceps development. Made from robust steel and hard-wearing padding material, this attachment is designed for intensive training sessions while offering comfort and durability. The curl desk is the perfect add-on module for the FID7 PRO weight bench. The curl desk is height-adjustable several times. You can rest your arms gently on the extra-wide pad in an ergonomic training position and train your biceps in a targeted manner. |

This kit is specifically designed to connect the Inspire Fitness FT2 or Inspire Series FT2 PRO to the leg module - allowing you to perform targeted leg exercises for quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. Made from high-quality, durable materials, the Leg Conversion Kit ensures a smooth and fluid movement sequence during training. The kit consists of a set of cable pulleys, pulleys and fasteners and provides a secure connection for effective and reliable leg training. |

Individually adjustable resistance for every fitness level
- 150kg training weight (2 × 75kg weight blocks)
- Fine adjustment with additional magnetic weights (2.3kg)
- Double the training weight: connect the pulleys to the barbell bar - for double the load!
- Optionally expandable to 2 × 90kg weight blocks
- The pulley system works with a 1:2 transmission ratio - this halves the weight, but the full resistance is available when training on both sides.
