Individual stations plug-in weight
Single stations with plug-in weights are fitness equipment that allow individual exercises for specific muscle groups and where the weights are set by selecting the number of weight plates using a weight pin. Each weight plate has a specific weight unit, such as 2.5 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg, and can be added or removed as needed.
Cable pull station with plug-in weights: This station allows for a variety of exercises, including cable pull chest press, cable pull rowing, cable pull biceps curl, cable pull triceps press and many more. The weight plates clip on to adjust the resistance accordingly.
Leg press with plug-in weights: This station is specifically designed for leg training. The user pushes the weight plates away with the legs to stretch the legs and work the thigh muscles.
Chest press with plug-in weights: This station is aimed at training the chest muscles. The user pushes the weight plates away from him to activate the pectoral muscles.
Shoulder press with plug-in weights: Here, the weight plates are plugged onto the machine to train the shoulder muscles. The user presses the weights overhead to strengthen the shoulders.
Single stations with plug-in weights offer the advantage that the weight can be easily adjusted by simply adding or removing weight plates using a pin. This allows the training resistance to be individually adjusted to the user's abilities and goals.
