You'll find both coach-led videos and self-guided workouts, so you can train flexibly - whether you're short on time or working through an intensive programme. Simply connect your device to the Kinomap app via Bluetooth and start your training as if you were really on the move. Choose from thousands of real routes and landscapes - from sunny coastlines to challenging mountain trails - and train on over 40,000 videos that are constantly being added to. The app automatically adjusts the resistance or incline of your device to the elevation profile of the selected route, keeping your workout realistic and varied. While you are cycling, running or rowing, you can track your progress on the map and view your performance in real time at any time.
