The outer shell of the Tunturi box bag is made of strong nylon and is well stitched so that the bag can withstand regular training. The material is easy to clean, resistant and robust. The filling absorbs the blows and provides sufficient resistance. The Tunturi punching bag is supplied with 4 chrome-plated steel chains. It also comes with a swivel attached to the chains to prevent them from twisting during training.
