SPONSER® Salt Caps are high-dose electrolyte capsules for athletes who have an increased need for electrolytes during long endurance activities, competitions, multi-day stages or training sessions in hot climates. The practical capsule form enables a targeted and individualised supply of sodium and other important minerals independently of classic sports drinks.

During prolonged physical exertion, the body loses large amounts of electrolytes, especially sodium, through perspiration. Salt Caps have been specially developed to compensate for these losses and to support the electrolyte supply during training and competition. Application
Take 1 serving per hour during prolonged physical activity in the heat with sufficient liquid (0.4-0.8 litres/h). The sodium content of other drinks and food consumed at the same time should be taken into account.
