Gelatine-free Mega Caps with an extra portion of BCAA. Each serving contains 5g in a ratio of 2:1:1.
Each single portion consists of 5 Mega Caps, which contain a total of 5000mg BCAA (branched-chain amino acids). Divided into 2500mg L-leucine and 1250mg each of L-valine and L-isoleucine, a ratio (2:1:1) in BCAA supplements that is now tried and tested. Depending on training intensity and requirements, 1 serving can be taken 30 minutes before and/or immediately after training with sufficient liquid. The capsules are gelatine-free, easy to swallow, ideal for transport and easy to dose.
BCAA are made up of L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. They are essential amino acids and must be obtained from food and/or food supplements as they cannot be produced by the body itself. The body utilises the branched-chain amino acids for numerous metabolic processes. For athletes in particular, they are important for muscle building and muscle maintenance, as well as supporting regeneration.
