The branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, valine and isoleucine mainly serve as fuel for the muscles. Targeted supplementation can protect the body's own BCAA and support muscle synthesis and therefore regeneration after sport. Recent study results also suggest that BCAA can reduce central fatigue, which can be an advantage during long-term endurance exercise. Taurine is valued and used for its regenerative properties.

Application:
