Why is protein so important?
Protein not only supports the building but also the maintenance of muscle mass. We recommend a daily intake of around 1.5 to 2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight to ensure you get the right amount – especially if you exercise regularly or are on a diet.

Serving suggestion:

Mix 30 g of ISOCLEAR® (measuring spoon included) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker. For maximum refreshment, leave the drink to rest for about 1–2 minutes after mixing – ideally in the freezer. Up to three servings per day are recommended, for example: after getting up or after training
