Weider Protein 80 Plus consists of four types of protein:
Milk protein (casein), time release protein supply to the muscles with up to seven hours and a high proportion of BCAAs.
Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in dry matter. Thus very little fat and carbohydrates.
Whey protein (Whey): Quickly available protein. Whey protein provides the muscles with L-glutamine, among other things.
Egg protein (albumin): contains the so-called sulfurous amino acids.
These enhance the biological value of the product. Weider has succeeded through this special protein mixture to achieve a Chemical Score of 144! measured against the requirements of the Food an Nutrition Board. This value means that the Weider Protein 80 Plus significantly exceeds the requirements for the recommended content of amino acids. Of course, Weider Protein 80 Plus is low fat and low carb.
