Multivitamin Complete capsules contain all 13 essential vitamins, as well as important minerals and carefully selected phytonutrients, such as pine bark & grape extract. We have used only the highest quality and most bioavailable compounds. For example, we use a 50/50 blend of synthetic and natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) and utilise the active form of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). In addition, our multivitamin contains the active forms of vitamins B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and K2 (menaquinone-7).
