The HEARTBEAT® Power Band Set from AIREX® is a versatile training set designed to specifically improve strength, mobility and flexibility. It consists of three power bands with different resistance levels – light (light grey), medium (stone grey) and strong (charcoal grey) – and thus provides the ideal foundation for a systematic and progressive training programme.
Power bands open up virtually limitless training possibilities: they are suitable for strength training, functional training, mobilisation exercises, stretching, and as support for pull-ups or other bodyweight exercises. As the resistance increases progressively, the training intensity can be dynamically controlled.
