Intended medical use:
AIREX® products are designed as movement therapy aids for both institutional and home use. The mat, placed on the floor, serves as a support surface for a person during medically indicated and prescribed exercises to improve motor skills and balance or postural control, and/or for movement therapy to treat muscle weakness in the limbs and trunk resulting from a neurological or orthopaedic condition.

Why are the dimensions only given as "approx."?
All AIREX mats are open-cell foam. This means they are not manufactured in moulds. The manufacturing process is comparable to baking bread. The result can therefore be influenced by environmental conditions (temperature, air pressure, etc.), meaning that the products always vary slightly in length, width and thickness.
