The training weight can be selected via an easy-to-use adjustment system using side dials, so that the weight plates not required remain in the enclosed holders.
The following weight increments can be set for each dumbbell using the adjustment mechanism:
2.5 kg, 5.0 kg, 7.5 kg, 10.0 kg, 12.5 kg, 15.0 kg, 17.5 kg, 20.0 kg, 22.5 kg and 25.0 kg
