Sypoba Spinning Top Set
The Sypoba gyroscope set can be used for upper-body exercises, as well as exercises whilst standing, sitting or kneeling.
In addition, rotational movements can be performed. The gyroscope can be used on one leg without the SYPOBA training plate, or on both legs with the training plate
The spinning top model consists of:
