The Grid
The Grid is a foam roller consisting of a hard inner roller and a soft outer roller, criss-crossed by a grid of indentations at varying intervals. This structure mimics the physical characteristics of the human hand (fingers – palm – fingers) and guarantees optimal treatment results. Thanks to this revolutionary design, you can adjust the intensity simply by repositioning the Grid. The firm inner roller even allows for core workouts where the Grid is fully loaded.
