TheraBand hand trainer. The TheraBand hand trainer is a versatile and effective training device for strengthening the hands, fingers and forearms as well as improving dexterity and coordination. Its compact size makes it ideal for therapy, sport, everyday office use or when travelling. The high-quality, extremely resilient material also allows it to be used in cold and heat therapy, which opens up additional application options - from pain reduction to muscle relaxation.
The hand trainers are easy to clean and are available in five colour-coded degrees of hardness. They therefore offer the right resistance level for every training requirement - from rehabilitation to performance-orientated strengthening.

- Soft / Red - 1.36 kg
- Medium / Green - 2.27 kg
- Strong / Blue - 3.63 kg
