The TANK MX continues the evolution of this unique sliding sled on wheels. The core technology that makes all TANK models unique is that, unlike resistance sleds, they can be used indoors or outdoors on any surface without the need for joints. On all TANK models, resistance increases the faster you push, allowing every user to select their resistance in an instant without stopping to load or unload plates. Like the M4, the MX is bidirectional, eliminating the need to turn the TANK round, which also reduces the path width required for TANK runs. In addition to the 3 resistance levels on the Tank M4, the resistance on the Tank MX can be increased by 25% on all 4 wheels by flipping the MX lever.

The differences between the Tank MX and the Tank M4
- In addition to the 3 resistance levels on the Tank M4, the resistance on the Tank MX can be increased by 25% on all 4 wheels by flipping the MX lever.
- To cope with the additional resistance, the MX tyres are larger and wider than those on previous models.
- A lower pressure point is indicated on the handles, which makes targeted training of muscle groups more varied
- For athletes wishing to perform more intense pulling exercises, a weight bar is available as an optional extra.
- With an optional ‘Stacking Kit’, the Tank MX can be stacked three high to allow for more compact storage and transport. MX handles can be removed without tools and stowed within the stack.
The only true resistance trainer – nothing is more functional than having your feet on the ground in the real world, rather than simulating athletic movements – the Tank MX features a dual-brake system that allows different resistance levels to be set, depending on which side of the tank you push or pull. Furthermore, the Tank MX no longer needs to be loaded with weights. Ergonomic, removable performance handles and a built-in accessory compartment are included as standard.

Something that resists athletic attempts to accelerate and run faster is an exercise technology that has not existed until now. This science is represented by the Tank performance curve, which can be divided into three training zones. The lower zone is for speed performance through stride length and endurance. The middle zone is for building acceleration power by increasing take-off force and stride frequency. The upper zone challenges the lower body like no other training device and provides explosive power and speed for every type of athlete.

Portability
The optionally available Group Anchor Station XGAS can hold weights and accessories and transport all training equipment to the training area, indoors or outdoors. The Group Anchor Station can be detached from the tank and serves as a training anchor for battle ropes, elastic bands and other equipment. The Group Anchor Station features up to 20 connection points.
Surface-friendly
The air-filled soft wheels perform well on carpet, wooden floors or grass and leave no damage.
Bi-directional
Resistance is available in both directions of travel, so there is no need to turn the tank round.
