VLUV BOL: The sitting ball
The VLUV sitting balls are primarily ergonomic seating for home or office. However, the seat ball can also be used as a gym ball and is therefore suitable for gymnastic exercises, yoga and Pilates. During and after pregnancy, the sitting ball can be used for relaxation and pleasure. Advantages of a sitting ball
1. Active sitting
A ball offers no supports, arm rests or other ways to rest the posture. The body must be constantly balanced against "falling off" the ball. This process takes place subconsciously. The result is permanent small movements that balance. This constant being in motion effectively trains the muscles and keeps joints and spine in motion. Tension and blockages can thus be reduced or released.
2. Sitting more upright

VLUV LEIV - the classic
VLUV LEIV is the seating ball made of canvas-like polyester fabric. Leiv makes it easy to add colorful accents to rooms. It is very robust yet light and soft as well as a healthy and stylish seating, sports and play equipment. The sitting ball allows you to sit warmly and upright, putting you in a balanced position.
This makes the VLUV LEIV ball an ideal alternative furniture for the office or home. At the same time, you can also use the VLUV seated ball for many sports exercises, such as gymnastics, functional training, yoga or Pilates. Or you can just play a bit with the VLUV and then leave it in the room as a catcher.
For the VLUV LEIV, a lightweight but very robust and densely woven polyester cover fabric in a slightly mottled canvas look is used. It has good to very good wear properties and is washable at 30 degrees.
VLUV STOV - the flexible
VLUV STOV is the first inflatable seat ball made of furniture fabric, for a healthy and upright sitting. With this more affordable version made of furniture upholstery fabric, VLUV becomes affordable for everyone. Once again, innovative details have been integrated into the STOV Ball, making it unique. In addition, with its timeless and clean design, it fits seamlessly into many living and working environments.
For the VLUV STOV seat ball, numerous upholstery fabrics were tested. The clear winner was the robust loop fabric made of 100% polyester. The fabric is stretch and tear resistant as well as dimensionally stable, yet feels soft and warm. It has very good pilling properties and can be washed at 30 degrees.
VLUV VEEL - the elegant one
Leather would be a great material if you didn't have to kill animals for it. That's why a new kind of material is currently shaking up the furniture industry: microfiber-coated polyester with a leather look. The material has, compared to standard artificial leather decisive advantages: It is soft, velvety, breathable and the surface offers an antique used look. The leather-like material of the VEEL impresses with outstanding qualities such as friction resistance and grip. It feels like real, roughened leather and is just as warm and velvety. The included inner ball is made of phthalate-free, burst-resistant PVC to VLUV specifications. YKK quality zippers are used to open and close the ball cover.
HOCK Design has deliberately chosen this innovative polyester material for its vegan VLUV VEEL seating ball. The result is a very high quality looking leather seat ball. But at an affordable price that is good for the conscience and wallet.
The VEEL ball solves the problem of being able to own a beautiful leather-look sitting ball without having to give up many of the advantages of real leather or accept the disadvantages of animal slaughter. So the VLUV VEEL is deliberately vegan and that's a good thing.

The VLUV VEGA sitting ball combines healthy, active sitting with a stylish, modern design. Its cover, made from vegan leather (polyester with a microfiber coating), feels velvety soft yet is extremely durable and long-lasting. For individuals with a height of 155 - 190 cm, we recommend this size. This sitting ball size is also ideal for taller people who wish to use their VLUV sitting ball at a table with standard height.
50 - 55 cm
VLUV sitting balls in this size are particularly suitable for children and adults with a height of approximately 135 - 155 cm. We also recommend using an adjustable height table for optimal comfort.

VLUV is much more than just a seat ball
The company
The company was founded in 2009 by Kristof Hock, Inventor and owner. It all started at his home at the living room table. Today, the company has seven employees. The company is located in a century-old spinning mill near Cologne. There, among other things, the VLUV products for ergonomics, movement and sports are designed and constantly developed further.

The idea
