MFT Fun Disc Classic Nature

Because of their multifunctionality, MFT discs can be used in health training, therapy and proprioceptive training for leisure or elite sports. There are no limits to the imagination and the possibilities of the applications and the exercises are a welcome, healthy change for young and old that take up very little time, namely only 10-15 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. 

The Fun Disc Classic is the ideal entry-level device for anyone starting out with balancing. It can be used as a spinning top and rocking board. The studded airball prevents slipping on smooth surfaces. The Fun Disc is suitable for children's and school sports, therapy and rehabilitation, health and senior gymnastics.
