Return

You have the option to return items within 14 days of receipt. A return is only possible if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the undamaged original packaging. The proof of purchase or order number must be included with the return.

The goods must not show any signs of use, dirt, damage or other alterations. All accessories, instructions, cables and other components must be returned in full.

Please pack the item, including the original packaging, in an additional sturdy shipping box. The original packaging must not be directly taped, labeled or otherwise damaged. The return may be refused or a reduction in value may be deducted for damage to the original packaging or the product due to insufficient packaging.

The return must be sent with sufficient postage by post or another shipping service provider to the following address:

Collect-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Alternatively, returns can be dropped off at our Shark Fitness shops in Wettingen or Wil. The above requirements also apply to returns in-store. In particular, the goods must be returned unused, complete and in the undamaged original packaging, as well as with the proof of purchase or order number.

Excluded from the right of return

  • Items with reduced prices, in particular promotional, sale and exhibition prices
  • Books, videos, DVDs, CDs and USB data carriers
  • Sports nutrition and food
  • All textiles for hygiene reasons
  • All products or product components made of fabric or textile materials, in particular fabric balls, neck pillows, textile covers, covers, cushion covers and similar items
  • Products that have been used, worn, soiled, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery


Important for textiles and textile products: For us, textiles include not only clothing, but all products and product components made of textile materials. This includes, for example, fabric balls, neck pillows, covers, covers, cushion covers and similar textile items. For hygiene reasons, these products are excluded from return.

In the event of justified complaints due to defects or incorrect deliveries, the statutory or contractually agreed warranty rights apply. These are not restricted by the return conditions above.
