The intensity of the balance training can be selected by using the black cap, which is located under the green foot. Once the cap is mounted, the training becomes more intense. If this is a bit too difficult, the cap can simply be removed again to reduce the angle at which the balance is trained. With the cap, the angle is 20°, without the cap it is 10°. The larger the angle, the more the body has to correct itself to stand upright on the balance trainer.
