Safe boxing training begins with a solid, reliable boxing bag attachment. Don't have room to mount the punching bag on the ceiling, or is the ceiling unsuitable for it? Then a wall mount is the solution! Hang the bracket on the wall with the included bolts, screws, and wall plugs, and you're ready to go! The punching bag's suspension point is 75cm from the wall, providing plenty of space for the boxing bag to move with the punches and kicks you throw.

How high should the wall mount be installed? Look at the height of the tallest person who will be using the punching bag and add ten centimeters. The top of the bag should therefore extend ten centimeters above their head. Add another thirty centimeters (the length of the chain) and attach the mount to the wall at the resulting height.

The wall mount is best installed on stone or concrete. Do not hang the mount outdoors, as the weather can affect the quality of the material and the mounting over time.
