Reebok FR30 exercise bike

Effective cardio training with continuous resistance
At the heart of the bike is a massive 9kg flywheel, which ensures smooth rotation and a realistic riding experience. 32 electronic resistance levels can be conveniently controlled at the touch of a button - ideal for varied workouts from easy endurance rides to intensive interval training. There are also 18 preset programs and 3 target modes to choose from, which specifically promote endurance, strength and fat burning.

Smartly networked – for more motivation and variety
The FR30 is fully compatible with the Reebok Console app as well as Zwift and Kinomap. Explore real routes, compete with other users worldwide or enjoy virtual training worlds - the app offers you an interactive platform with exciting challenges and extensive training documentation. Thanks to detailed evaluations, you can keep an eye on your progress and share successes directly on social networks.

Intuitive operation & live feedback
The modern LED console with 6 touchscreen windows provides you with all important training data in real time: speed, time, distance, calorie consumption, rpm and pulse. The integrated hand pulse sensors enable reliable monitoring of your heart rate - for safe and effective training. The practical device holder above the console ensures the optimal viewing angle for your tablet or smartphone.

The FR30 impresses with its ergonomic design: the comfortable gel saddle can be adjusted both in height and horizontally, as can the padded handles. Self-leveling pedals with individually adjustable straps ensure a secure hold and optimal power transmission - for a natural and joint-friendly driving experience.
