The latest development in the Trigger Point product range. Ideal for areas of the body that cannot be reached with the classic Grid. Based on the idea of imitating finger structures during massage, the GRID STKfeatures different surface structures. It consists of a softer outer roller, which is traversed by a grid of depressions with different spacing. This revolutionary design with its various massage zones allows for different treatment intensities, depending on the body region.

The Grid STK is the latest development in the Trigger Point product range and is ideal for myofascial self-massage.

Thanks to the proven three-dimensional GRID surface technology and the new hand roll system, fascial tissue can now also be treated comfortably while sitting.

The specially developed AcuGRIP handles also serve as a massage tool. The rounded, flat ends and the protrusions on the handle enable targeted and pinpoint trigger point treatment.

In addition, the GRID STK can be used on body parts that cannot be reached with a classic foam roller, e.g., in the neck muscles.

The GRID STK can be used preventively, regeneratively and to enhance performance at home, in the office and while traveling. Thanks to its water-resistant surface, it is easy to clean.
