The unsurpassed elasticity of the 15cm wide latex material offers only slightly increasing resistance over a long distance. This allows for wide-ranging movements in a gentle manner. This enables physiologically optimal training of complete movement sequences and muscle chains.

 

You can vary the pulling force individually by making the band longer or shorter or by combining the individual strengths.

 

Choose from 4 different thicknesses with a length of 250cm and a width of 15cm:

 

  • The extra strong band (green) is mainly used for strength training
  • Strong (purple) is suitable for men and trained women
  • The middle band (pink) is particularly popular with women
  • The light band (yellow) is recommended for people with low muscle strength
