The Assault AirBike is a full-body training device suitable for beginners to advanced users. The combination of cross trainer (using upper body bars) and bicycle ergometer is perfect for effective and joint-friendly full-body training at the highest level. Kicking, pushing, pulling - the AirBike not only trains aerobic and anaerobic endurance, but also strengthens the muscles. The frame, which has been further strengthened compared to the AirBike Classic, is made from highly durable steel and covered with a powder coating. To guarantee durability and stability, all moving parts are equipped with high-quality industrial bearings.

The Assault AirBike is individually and unlimitedly adjustable to enable unrestricted training. Whether consistent training based on heart rate or high-intensity interval training, everything is possible with the Assault AirBike. This high-intensity workout is achieved by pulling, pushing and kicking at the same time.
