The Body Solid Commercial Extended Half Rack features an additional extension with weight plate holders for storing weight plates. The rear extension is an ideal place for the optional shelf (SPRST), U-links (SR-UL), and many other options. The rear extension, in conjunction with the Pin & Pipe Safeties option (SPRPS), is a great station for rack pulls and other exercises.
